Immediate Effects of Music Therapy on Fatigue in Hospitalized Patients Recovering from a Bone Marrow Transplant

Abstract Background: Cancer remains one of the leading causes of death for adults in the United States. While many patients complete chemotherapy and radiation as part of cancer treatment, some patients also undergo a bone marrow transplant.
